Bio

Jose Lopez was born in Mexico and moved to California at the age of 12.  He was involved in a tragic gun shooting that left him confined to a wheelchair.  After that he focused his energy on tattooing.

Years of dedication and progress as an artist has left Jose with a unique tattoo style of realistic black and gray.  His pieces look like a photograph just waiting to jump off the body and indulge in conversation.

Jose Lopez has been featured in several notable publications and continues to dominate the tattoo convention scene.  Lopez continues to be an inspiration to the handicap community as well as the international tattoo audience.
